报告人简介：2005 - 2009 年，担任克罗地亚斯拉沃尼亚布罗德机械工程学院副院长；2009 - 2013 年，担任该学院院长；2017 - 2020 年，担任克罗地亚奥西耶克大学副校长。目前，担任斯拉沃尼亚布罗德大学校长助理（2021 - 2025 年）。在学术任职方面，担任欧洲结构完整性学会克罗地亚分会（ESIS Croatia）主席、国际 TEAM 协会主席（2014 - 2019 年，2024 年至今）。两次获得斯洛伐克科希策技术大学为机构发展所颁发的奖项。担任匈牙利凯奇凯梅特约翰·冯·诺依曼大学名誉教授，斯洛文尼亚马里博尔大学机械工程学院客座教授，以及塞尔维亚诺维萨德大学技术科学学院客座教授。在Scopus收录的期刊上发表了132篇论文，H-index=17。被引用813次。担任14本期刊编委，出版7本专著，指导博士生13名。拥有由国家知识产权局批准的专利 No HRP20181620,获得众多欧洲机构（荷兰、马耳他、芬兰、匈牙利、波兰、捷克共和国、斯洛伐克、斯洛文尼亚、塞尔维亚、波斯尼亚和黑塞哥维那）授予的高等教育机构质量认证审计员证书。

报告题目1：Introduction to Numerical methods in engineering

摘要：The structure of the lecture comprises several commonly used numerical methods for treating partial differential equations (PDE) numerically. Three different approaches are taken into consideration: Finite Difference Method (FDM), Finite Element Method (FEM) and Finite Volume Method (FVM). All numerical methods used to solve PDEs should have consistency, stability and convergence.

报告题目2：Practical application of numerical methods in solving of real engineering problems

摘要：Computational modelling of the physical process by discretizing it with partial differential equations will be shown on practical examples by solving real engineering problems by using of these methods with discussion.
